Here at camp, we appeal to a wide variety of guests. By offering everything from tent sites to RV spots to cabins nearly everyone finds a sweet spot to call home for a bit. One thing we did not have to offer was a slightly more rustic tent camping experience, thus the initiation of rustic camping Camp Coeur D’Alene style.
The harsh winter of 2016-2017 wreaked havoc on the tiles surrounding Camp Coeur D’Alene’s swimming pool. Days and weeks went by as we waited on contractors and anxiously fretted about it getting completed in time for guests to enjoy it.
For guests looking to do a bit of hiking, Camp Coeur D’Alene is a splendid location. Not only do we have a tough climb to the ridge above camp, but for an easier hike close to camp it doesn’t get much better than Mineral Ridge.
